岗位职责：
1、全面负责火麻食品系列产品（包括火麻仁油、火麻蛋白饮料、火麻啤酒、火麻白酒等）销售管理工作，确保年度目标达成；
2、结合公司战略规划，制定火麻食品系列产品销售计划；
3、及时收集、了解、把控行业发展态势、政策信息、竞品动态，以便形成决策；
4、日常销售计划制定、实施及复盘工作；
5、团队组建及管理；
6、不断研究新的销售策略、方式方法及消费者需求，将销售与市场及消费者有效结合。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，食品或饮品等快消品行业销售总监岗位3年及以上工作经验；
2、团队管理经验丰富、执行力强、有一定的渠道资源；
3、熟悉新零售平台模式。
