Founded on June 24, 1987, Shenzhen Capstone Industrial Co.,Ltd. is a public company officially listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 8, 1994 with stock code of 000038.
Under the new circumstances, the Company has taken the initiative to keep growing its platform based on its existing businesses and to implement and expand three major business segments of bioengineering and derivative functional health consumer goods, supply chain service & private capital management and Internet marketing platform via resources integration and capital operation, with the industry as foundation.
The Company mainly focuses on the business of bioengineering & derivative functional health consumer goods. Guided by the strategy of distributing multiple brands and businesses across the entire industry chain, the Company prioritizes the business of functional cosmetics by developing and launching cosmetics and everyday chemical products. Relying upon the R&D strengths of DATONG Hemp Research Institute, the Company has successively released back-end derivative application products including textiles made of industrial hemp, hemp oil & hemp related food, drinks and condiments.

Development History
● The Company went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange after approval by Shenzhen Municipal Securities Administration Office on August 8, 1994.
●The Company completed transformation to the Internet media business via issuing of shares and cash payment, with approval from CSRC in 2016.
●The Company made official entry into the bioengineering sector by acquiring Yunnan Chengbang Fuji Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in 2019 and its focus was set in the entire industry chain of industrial hemp.
●The Company took the initiative to push R&D and sales of derivative functional consumer goods on the basis of its Permit to Grow Industrial Hemp in Yunnan Province and the Permit to Process Industrial Hemp in Yunnan Province, in order to accommodate the needs of second consumption upgrade revolution in China in 2020.
